1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winboz ("winboz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the winboz website at winboz.app and all associated gaming, wagering, and account services provided therein.

By registering an account with winboz, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the winboz Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the winboz platform.

These Terms apply to all users of winboz regardless of device, operating system, or access method, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future winboz applications.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the winboz platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winboz enforces a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. winboz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the winboz platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by winboz or any applicable gaming authority.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of another person for the purpose of placing bets or accessing the platform.

winboz reserves the right to require identity and age verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Accounts found to have been registered by persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To use the real-money gaming services at winboz, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all winboz accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one winboz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and update that information promptly in the event of any change. winboz reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases where false registration information is identified.
• Account Ownership: winboz accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account rights to any third party.
• Verification: winboz may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming frameworks. You agree to cooperate fully with all such checks.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winboz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

winboz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. In the event that you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your winboz account, you must notify the winboz support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility.

winboz recommends that players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, including logging out of your account when not in use, particularly on shared or public devices.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

All deposits to and withdrawals from your winboz account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved local payment channels, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online internet banking.

• Minimum Deposit: The current minimum deposit is RM30. winboz reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and active bonus wagering requirement checks. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been fulfilled.
• Withdrawal Method Restriction: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. winboz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winboz reserves the right to levy an administrative maintenance fee on dormant account balances in accordance with the then-current published dormant account policy.
• Funds Held: Funds credited to your winboz account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest and are not considered deposits with a financial institution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winboz offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all winboz promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and validity periods. The specific terms of each promotion supersede these general bonus conditions where they conflict.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational play purposes only. winboz actively monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or arbitrage betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, use of automated betting strategies, and coordinated multi-account exploitation.
• winboz reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse. In cases of deliberate or systematic abuse, the account may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the stated wagering requirement has been fully completed. Bonus funds withdrawn before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• winboz reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the winboz platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, table games, and sportsbook betting markets — are governed by their respective game-specific rules published within the game interface or the winboz help centre. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

winboz reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error that was clearly erroneous at the time of placement. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's winboz account balance. winboz's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes for all electronic casino games and slots at winboz are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical casino equipment operated in licensed studio environments and are not subject to software manipulation by winboz or its suppliers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winboz platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity, age, or contact information.
• Operating more than one winboz account, whether personally or through associates.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access or interact with the winboz platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated exploitation of betting markets or casino games.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to circumvent reporting thresholds, or using the winboz platform to conceal or move proceeds of crime.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the winboz platform or the experience of other players.

winboz cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the winboz platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, audio, video, and user interface design elements, is the intellectual property of winboz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winboz platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winboz platform without prior written consent from winboz.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from system downtime, data loss, or gaming outcomes.

winboz's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit winboz's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

winboz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the winboz platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winboz implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmissions between your device and the winboz platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

12. Responsible Gaming

winboz is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Malaysian player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from the account dashboard after winboz login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

13. Suspension & Termination

winboz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification.
• Identification of the account holder as a person under the age of 21.
• Account inactivity beyond the dormancy threshold set out in Section 5.
• At the account holder's own request, including upon submission of a self-exclusion application.

Upon account termination for cause, winboz reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account balance pending investigation. Where no cause exists, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations under the international licensing framework under which winboz operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the winboz platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the winboz support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents winboz from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before any competent court.

15. Amendments to These Terms

winboz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, winboz will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the winboz platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
